You must create an account with a user name and password and log in to be able to add items to the shopping cart and make a purchase. We only accept Paypal for payment. Even if you don't have a Paypal account, they will process your credit card payment for us; just follow their instructions when you go to Check Out.
We are located in the USA in Virginia. We ship by USPS first class mail and we send packages four days a week, usually within two business days of receiving cleared payment info from Paypal. Shipping costs are the same worldwide unless the item says otherwise when you put it into the cart, which is the case on some metal miniatures.
Please be sure that you put your correct address in the Paypal payment as that is what we use to send your package.
Once we have processed your payment and shipped your order, we will update the Order History page. We do not send confirmation emails at this time, sorry.
According to the post office, normal delivery times for first class mail are as follows:
In the USA, up to three weeks before they consider it lost.
To Canada, one to three weeks.
To Europe and Australia, two to four weeks.
To South America, it really varies too much from country to country, often as soon as a week but some countries like Brazil regularly take more than a month.
Italy - while in Europe, shipments to Italy take longer than to anywhere else in the world, normally three to six weeks with two months being a fequent time frame. Italy also has very picky customs, and often packages are delayed for customs processing.
Customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser; we don't collect or charge those and don't know how much they will be. You will need to contact your customs office for more information. Also, some countries bar the import of some items so please be sure not to order something if your country won't let it in.
We restock whenever enough of a box sells to pay for another. We check our stock levels several times a week so please check back. We are not able to do custom orders for bits, just the lots as listed.
